New Business Information:
We
would like to inform our patients that we are now an Invisalign provider. We are
excited to further provide our patients with the beautiful smile that they desire and deserve.
Insurance companies are required to to use a new patient identification number instead of social security number to identify the plans policy holder, this is to further
protect your privacy. Please bring your insurance identification card to your next appointment.
Dr. Ladowski and Dr. Tomlinson are now certified in the placement of implants
and is continuing to further his education.
**Please excuse us while we remodel. After many years of
planning, we are starting our very anticipated remodel. We will be expanding our office to accommodate our growing patient
population and to be able to continue to offer our patients the newest technologies available. We are hoping that the
remodel will be complete by the beginning of 2010.**
