Our Doctors

Lawrence R. Ladowski, DDS

“I believe the key to being a good dentist is having a quality education. The skills I have learned at dental school, combined with the knowledge from additional training courses, help me be a dentist you can rely on.”

After graduating from Bethel High School, I started my education at Washington State University where I achieved my B.S. in Zoology. I finished my schooling at the University of Washington where I received my Doctorate of Dental Surgery. With the help of my wife, Jamie, we started this practice from the ground up.

For the past 40 years, we have proudly continued to maintain and modify our practice to fit the needs of my patients with the most up-to-date, state-of-the-art equipment and technology.

My wife and I have three wonderful children together and nine grandchildren. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, playing with my dogs and attending as many WSU football games as my schedule allows. I am also an active member of the Washington State Cougar Alumni.

Danielle N. Tomlinson, DDS

I believe being a great dentist requires a good education and skills that can be utilized based on what the patient needs. I feel that doctor-patient communication is “key” to properly managing each individual’s needs.”

The skills I have learned at the University of Washington’s Dental School, combined with the knowledge from additional training courses, help me be a dentist you can rely on. I enjoy the challenge of treating a wide range of patients that are looking for a nicer smile whether that requires fillings, dental implants to replace missing teeth or invisalign. I have completed hours of continuing education, including Advanced Dental Implant Research, Invisalign Mastery, and BioClear.

I am married to my best-friend, Bill, and together we have four wonderful children and two CRAZY dogs. I enjoy being physically active outdoors with activities such as: running, skiing, hiking, gardening, and boating. However, most of my spare time is spent driving or attending my children’s many practices and games.

I am also a proud member of the American Dental Association, which allows me to stay current on the latest technologies and treatments.

Team Of Professionals

Lydia

Office Manager

I have been in dentistry for over 25 years and with Meridian South Family Dentistry since the summer of 2000! I love working here and consider my co-workers like family. I have previous experience as a dental assistant, but traded my mirror & explorer in for a desk and computer when I joined this team many years ago. You might catch me scheduling and answering phones as needed, but I spend most of my time behind the scenes handling operations as the Office Manager. I grew up in Bonney Lake and still live locally in the Puyallup area. Spending time with my husband and kids is my favorite thing to do, but I also like to read, crochet, watch sci-fi movies and could eat pizza every night for dinner.

Megan

Registered Dental Hygienist

I have been working at Meridian South Family Dentistry since 2021 and have found my forever dental home. I have been working in dentistry for most of my life as my dad was a dentist. I started out working the phones, calling patients to schedule appointments. I soon became a dental assistant and really loved working directly with patients. I loved dentistry so much I wanted to do more so I became a dental hygienist. I love working here, it really feels like family! I believe your dental experience should be as comfortable as possible so feel free to make sure we agree on that. I am married and have three children and eight grandchildren. If I am not spending time with family, I love to travel and explore the outdoors. If you are looking for your forever dental home, my hope is you will feel the same way I do about Meridian South Family Dentistry.

Natasha

Registered Dental Hygienist

Hi, I’m Natasha. I have been working in the dental field since 2008. I started out as a dental receptionist and then started practicing as a dental hygienist after I graduated from Pierce College Dental Hygiene program in 2014. I enjoy working with my patients to improve and maintain their oral health, which has direct links with the health of the overall body. I have lived in Washington State most of my life and absolutely love the nature our state has to offer. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and church community, traveling, and exploring new places locally. I have a Labradoodle named Noca- she thinks she is the queen of the house, but I still love her. I joined Meridian South Family Dentistry in 2019. I am very grateful to be working alongside the amazing staff here and getting to meet our wonderful patients!

Jillian

Registered Dental Hygienist

My name is Jillian, I’ve been working in the dental field since I was 16 years old, starting in sterilization and currently working as a dental hygienist for the last six years. I spent two years in the Dental Hygiene program at Lake Washington Technical College and graduated in 2017 as a registered dental hygienist. Promoting oral health and caring for people are some of the reasons why I have such a passion for the dental field. My significant other and I each have a son, two dogs and a cat. My son plays premier soccer, so there’s a lot of soccer in my life! We also like to go to games and cheer for our Seattle teams - Sounders, Mariners, and the Kraken. If we have free time we’ll be hiking, playing in the water, seeing any Marvel movie, and trying to keep up with our two boys and one busy Golden Retriever.

Kim

Registered Dental Hygienist

I am Kim and I was born and raised locally. I am proud to call the PNW home. After graduating from Sumner High School, I went on to study at Eastern Washington University, where I earned my Bachelor or Dental Hygiene in 1997. After many years working in Dentistry, I decided to further my education and pursued my Masters Degree in Library Science at Texas Women’s University, where I graduated in 2014. My true passion is in dentistry, so I continued to do what I love. I enjoy the meaningful, one-on-one connections that I form with my patients, many of whom have become friends. I’m lucky enough to work in an office that’s so wonderful that employees rarely leave! If you are already a patient, you know you see the same familiar faces year after year. When I’m not shining your pearly whites, I can be found doing a home improvement project, crafting, reading or traveling. I am a doggy-mom to two adorable Chihuahuas, and a parrot-parent to my African Grey, Logan. I am always happy to share funny stories about my hilarious, talkative bird or talk about great things to read!
